Only the Mumbai High Court of Judicature would have jurisdiction, and Indian law will be followed.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

TheSakhi shall own all reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions that are disclosed, submitted, or offered to TheSakhi on or through this site, or in any other way related to your use of this site (collectively, the "Comments"). Any comments made in this way will be deemed to be an assignment of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property included in the comments, to TheSakhi. If Kalki is unable to fulfil a duty to the customer because of a force majeure event, such as a war, a strike (at the company or at one of its service providers), a lockout, an accident, a fire, ice, flood, inclement weather, a blockade, an export prohibition, a stoppage of production or delivery, a regulatory decision made by an administrative supervisory body, etc., Kalki will not be held accountable.

Termination

This User Agreement is in force until either you or TheSakhi terminate it. This User Agreement is terminable at any moment as long as you stop using the Site going forward. TheSakhi may end this User Agreement at any time, with or without prior warning, and will not be liable for doing so. In such event, TheSakhi may immediately refuse you access to the Site. You shall immediately destroy any contents downloaded or otherwise received from this Site, along with all copies of such materials, whether produced under the User Agreement or otherwise, upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or TheSakhi. TheSakhi 's right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
