Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Item delivered is of a different size
Item delivered has arrived damaged. Please do not accept package which has arrived in a damaged condition. The contents may have been tampered.
Item delivered is different from the customization requested
Refunds cannot be affected if there is a change of intent
Refunds cannot be affected if the colors as seen on the website do not match with the expectations when physically received.
Refunds if applicable as per the conditions cited above, need to be intimated within 2 working days of receiving the delivery

Order cancellations can be done on special requests only and it is at the discretion of the owners of the platform to sanction the same. Please mail us at hello@thesakhi.com with reasons for cancellation within 5 hours of placing the order
Exchanges can happen in case the product does not fit to size. The process would to be intimate us, we will arrange the collection of the parcel from your doorstep, courier it back to origin country and location, and resend the apparel of the new size . The entire process may take 2 weeks or more. Please mail us on hello@thesakhi.com for exchange requests.
