1. Our shipping process: Shipping is the final stage of our fulfillment process. Shipping happens only once our quality control has approved for the product as “fit to deliver”
    The material is thoroughly checked for any tear or untailored fabric joints or any difference in the material described in the website.
    The shipping process happens during working days of Monday to Saturday.
  1. Intimation: Our customers are duly intimated once the product is shipped with tracking facility. It usually takes 8 working days, given it is an international shipment, for the product to reach our valued customers
  1. Shipping charges: Shipping charges are auto calculated country wise, zip code wise from our Vadodara warehouse. These charges are reflected once you check out from the cart on the website
  1. Damaged parcels: We advice our customers to not accept any parcel which reaches them in damaged conditions. In the event of receiving such parcels, we request our customers to notify us at hello@thesakhi.com
  1. Order cancellations: Any order that needs to be cancelled from our customer’s end, we need notification vide mail within a day of receiving the product. The reason being, our fulfillment process starts from the second day of receipt of the order and this process is not reversible.
  1. Complaints: Any complaints like wrong status like showing delivered but not received, damaged parcel should be notified to us within a day of the event at hello@thesakhi.com
  1. No cash system: Since we do not accept cash on delivery orders, no payment is to be made to our delivery partner.
  1. The owners of the platform, Charansakhi Creations Private Limited, India, reserves the right to make changes to the policies without prior notice.
